    Unreliable, don't return phone calls, address on website is incorrect. Find somewhere else to store your stuff these guys are hopeless - you get what you pay for

    If you want to access items whilst they're storage you need to give them a few days notice beforehand- that would be the only negative.

    Supercheap by name but super expensive by nature. Twice these guys charged me more than they said, I even had a written invoice that they added a couple of extra hundred dollars to when they charged my card. Very poor. Stay away.

    Used these guys to pack items in our rental property and put into storage whilst our house was getitng built. Were very careful with taking things out of our rental property. Everything was stored properly without any damage incurred and came and delivered and unpacked at our new house carefully as well, which made things alot more easier and stress free. Especially with my partner's bad back and neck- I didnt want him lifting anything.
