  Terrible service. Rang the night before and booked a maxi for the next day at 9am. Told to ring in the morning just to check. Did so and there wasn't one coming. Asked would I accept 2 cars instead? Errr... No! More expensive! Rang Independent Taxis and had a maxi booked straight away. Independent Taxis are the way to go.

  I don't know what's going on lately, but ever since everything has been updated I've had nothing but trouble. I don't have a licence and I usually get taxi's being a casual worker. Lately though at least four times since the updates, I've had someone accept the fare within 10 minutes of the pickup time, which is great. However 10 minutes later I'm still waiting and when I've gone to looked at the app, there are in a completely different suburb! Each time I've rang they say they'll give them a hurry up message and then surprise 10 seconds later they're heading back my way. One time I was 30 minutes late for work on a drive that takes less than 10 minutes. Being a casual worker if I'm late, not only does it make me look bad but it also means I don't get paid for the time I've missed and I STILL have to pay a full fare. So now I am having to book taxis 10 minutes earlier than I should have too and putting a message in that I am heading to work, which has worked...But I never should have had to do this in the first place! This needs to be looked into.

  Do NOT use this service. Left waiting for over an hour for a taxi and had to resort for a bus in the middle of the night instead, a woman on her own, in the dark, across the road from a shopping centre frequented by young people after hours. Thanks for the insecurity.

  I called a taxi, waited for a while which I did not mind as my house is difficult to get to but after a while it got too much. I called them up and they told me the driver picked someone else up.

  I visited Adelaide few weeks before and it was awesome spending time with my friends. One of my friend recommended me Suburban Taxis. It was affordable as I booked with fixed fare and the driver "Amrinder" was really nice and friendly.
