    Was rude speaking to me and not willing to assist in faxing a copy of ID to Passport Office. Passports stated that any post office will do it. NOT TRUE!

    Very friendly staff, they allow pickup without cards (ID Check) and even help with friendly advice, very nice friendly attitude to go with the LPO

    Staff are very friendly and helpfull, quick to sort our your needs. Have seen them persist in explaining the obvious to some other challenged customers while waiting in line staff are dedicated to good relations. I visit often and have never been unhappy with services offered.

    Worst customer service experience ever!!! The Chinese lady behind the counter is so rude! No welcome greeting or friendly service at all. I was next in line and she dagard me and said 'you want to pay for that?' In such a rude way so I responded 'no don't worry' and walked out! Will never go here again! Because of her I will now revert back to paying for everything online!
